I nternational Management Support (IMS) - Emerging Markets & Cross-Border Projects was established in 2000 to provide cost-effective support to the management of profit and non-profit organisations to conduct activities across national borders and in emerging markets. Both require special skills, knowledge and experience to successfully address the issues raised by differences in language, culture, markets, business practice, legal infrastructure, financial reporting, government policy etc. Management teams in organisations are increasingly structured around a lean highly skilled core drawing on other skills as and when needed. As a consequence of our support such organisations can increase their ability to achieve ambitious targets and to deliver predictable results in an international environment. Our generalist and target-oriented approach enables us to address the needs of organisations and develop solutions for problems or exploit opportunities. Our support services are complementary and can be delivered stand-alone or integrated with each other. Supporting inbound and outbound activities and other projects of organisations in the countries of Central & Eastern Europe, Russia and the other countries of the former Soviet Union has our special attention. All our services can be delivered in English, Russian and Dutch.
